Welcome to the Winston-Salem Wellness Collective, a place to land softly, breathe deeply, and be your true, authentic self.
In a world that moves fast and asks a lot, many of us are looking for ways to feel more grounded, more connected, and more at home in ourselves.
Yoga offers that pause. That breath. That space to listen inward and move with intention.
Whether you're here to ease stress, rebuild strength, or simply find a moment of quiet, this practice meets you where you are.
And just as important:
you’re not doing it alone.
Community is at the heart here—because healing happens in connection.
Because together, we move, we breathe, and we grow.

"I love Nikki’s practice. She prepares a balanced practice that touches us spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Her classes are out of the box, which makes us move out of our comfort zones in a fun and safe way. Also, love her selection of music 🎵 ❤︎♥︎"

"In this space, with this energy, transformation abounds. Every experience at WS Collective is pivotal. The sound bath carried me to where I needed to go. It is always an experience that is what I need, when I need it."

We acknowledge this land carries the layered histories of many people—those who first cared for it, those displaced, those whose labor shaped it over generations, and those here today. We honor the Saura (Cheraw) people and Indigenous communities, as well as the many others who have shown resilience through struggles and injustices as they stewarded this region. In this moment, we hold space for the past, the present, and a collective hope for an equitable future for all people.
